The Isle of Lewis has the UK’S largest number of Neolithic stone circles, standing stones & burial cairns in a concentrated area

Including the Callanish complex comprising of over 30 sites.

The Isle of Harris has the only recorded Mesolithic site

in the Western Isles.

Take a personal guided tour of Lewis or Harris

And some  places you might like to visit an

Iron Age Broch, Norse type Mill & Old Chapels

or visit a Deserted Township like Bosta.

And step back in time & enjoy a historical guided walk of the township encompassing Blackhouses, Norse type Mills, Corn Driers

Maybe you like to visit some of the Island’s sandy Beaches

As many places are not well marked

and therefore easy to miss a

Public transport can be infrequent

with 2 – 3 hours between buses and

most tour operators do not visit the less well known places.
